4. Enquiry Cart and Browser Storage

Our website has an enquiry cart that lets you shortlist fabrics before sending us a request. This shortlist is saved locally inside your own browser (using localStorage) so that it is still there when you move between pages.

This shortlist stays on your device. Nothing from it reaches us until you actually submit the enquiry form. Clearing your browser data removes it completely.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

We share your details only where it is necessary to serve you, and only to the extent required:

• Transport and courier partners — your name, delivery address and phone number, so your consignment can be delivered.
• Processing and finishing units — where your order involves dyeing, printing or job work, limited to the specification, not your personal details.

Records connected to an actual sale — invoices, dispatch documents and correspondence — are kept for as long as tax and company law in India requires, and then deleted or archived securely.
