1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, sending us an enquiry or placing an order with Om Textile Hub, you accept these Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use this website or our services.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

2. About Our Business

Om Textile Hub is a fabric supplier and wholesaler based in Surat, Gujarat. We primarily serve garment manufacturers, boutiques, designers, traders and retailers. Our supply is generally in bulk — by the roll, than or bulk meterage — rather than single-piece retail.

This website is a catalogue and enquiry platform. It does not process payments and does not confirm orders on its own.

3. Products and Availability

All fabrics shown on this website are subject to availability at the time of enquiry. Textile stock moves quickly, and a fabric displayed here may be sold out or replaced by the time you contact us.

We make every effort to photograph our fabrics accurately, but the colour you see depends on your screen, its calibration and its brightness. Slight variation between the image and the actual fabric is normal and is not treated as a defect. For any colour-critical requirement, please ask us for a physical swatch before confirming your order.

Minor variation in shade between two dye lots of the same fabric is inherent to textile processing. Where colour consistency matters across a large order, tell us in advance so we can reserve material from a single lot.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, to correct any error in a listing, and to discontinue any fabric without prior notice.

4. Enquiries, Quotations and Orders

The "Add to Cart", "Buy Now" and "Request Quote" options on this website create an enquiry, not a purchase. No price is charged and no contract is formed when you submit them.

After receiving your enquiry we will contact you with availability, price, minimum quantity and delivery timeline. A quotation from us is valid for 7 days unless we state otherwise, because yarn and processing rates fluctuate.

An order becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing — by email, WhatsApp or a signed proforma invoice — and, where applicable, receive the agreed advance payment.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless expressly stated. Transport, packing and any job-work charges are billed separately unless the quotation says they are included.

Payment terms are agreed order by order. For new buyers we normally work on an advance against proforma invoice; credit terms may be extended to established buyers at our discretion.

By confirming an order you represent that the details you have given us — including your GST number, billing name and address — are true and complete. Goods remain our property until payment has been received in full. Overdue amounts may attract interest at the rate stated on the invoice.

6. Order Acceptance and Rejection

Receiving your enquiry or an acknowledgement from us does not amount to acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including unavailability of stock, an error in pricing, an incomplete specification or concerns about payment.

Where we decline an order after receiving an advance, that advance will be refunded in full.

7. Custom and Job-Work Orders

Where you ask for a specific print, dyeing shade, width, finish or embroidery, the order is treated as custom. Custom orders require written approval of a sample or strike-off, an advance payment, and cannot be cancelled once production has started. A tolerance of plus or minus 5% on the ordered quantity is standard in the trade and will be billed accordingly.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, photographs, layout, graphics, the Om Textile Hub name and logo, and the underlying code — is our property or is used by us with permission, and is protected under Indian and international copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use any part of this site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Print designs and artwork developed for a particular buyer remain confidential to that buyer and will not be reused by us for others.

9. Acceptable Use

When using this website you agree not to:

• Break any applicable Indian or international law.
• Send abusive, misleading, unlawful or harmful content through our forms.
• Submit false enquiries, or use the enquiry form to send bulk or promotional messages.
• Interfere with, overload or disrupt the website or the servers it runs on.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its data.
• Scrape, harvest or copy our images and product listings for a competing catalogue.

10. Third-Party Links

This site may link to services we do not control, such as courier tracking pages or map services. Those links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party website.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Om Textile Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss — including loss of profit, loss of production, loss of business or loss of goodwill — arising out of your use of this website or from any supply of goods.

Where we are found liable, our total liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods in question.

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including strikes, power failure, transport disruption, raw material shortage, fire, flood, natural calamity, epidemic or government action.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Om Textile Hub, its proprietor, employees and agents against any claim, loss, cost or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or your infringement of any third party's rights — including any design or artwork you supply to us for production.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Surat, Gujarat.
