1. Shipping Coverage

We dispatch fabric to every state and union territory in India. Surat is one of the best-connected textile markets in the country, and we work with established transport companies, parcel services and courier partners depending on the size and urgency of your consignment.

For export enquiries, please contact us directly. Export consignments are handled case by case, with documentation and freight quoted separately.

2. Processing Time

Once your order and payment terms are confirmed, we prepare your consignment within:

• Ready stock — 1 to 2 working days.
• Bulk and wholesale orders — 3 to 5 working days.
• Custom dyeing, printing or job work — 7 to 14 working days, depending on the process and quantity.

Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM IST, or on Sundays and public holidays, are taken up on the next working day. During peak season and around major festivals, processing may take slightly longer; we will tell you in advance if that is the case.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated transit time after dispatch:

• Within Gujarat — 1 to 3 working days.
• Metro cities — 3 to 5 working days.
• Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities — 5 to 8 working days.
• North-East, hill districts and remote locations — 8 to 15 working days.

These are estimates given in good faith, not guarantees. Transit time can be affected by transporter schedules, weather, strikes, road conditions, festival rush or other events beyond our control.

4. Freight and Shipping Charges

Freight is normally charged to-pay, which means the transporter collects it from you at the time of delivery. This is standard practice in the wholesale textile trade and usually works out cheaper for the buyer.

Where you ask us to prepay freight, it is added to your invoice at actuals. Charges depend on the weight and volume of the consignment, the destination, and the mode you choose — road, rail or air cargo.

If you have a preferred transporter or an existing account with one, tell us at the time of order and we will book through them.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your consignment is handed over, we send you the transporter's name, the LR or docket number and the expected delivery date by WhatsApp or email. You can track the consignment on the transporter's own portal using that number, or call us and we will follow it up for you.

6. Packing

Fabric is packed to survive a long road journey. Rolls and thans are wrapped in protective HDPE or laminated sheeting to guard against dust, moisture and handling damage, then strapped and labelled with your name, destination and consignment details.

Delicate fabrics — nets, georgettes, satins and embroidered material — are given an additional inner wrapping. Bulk consignments are bundled and stitched in bale packing suited to long-haul transport. Special packing requested by you can be arranged at extra cost.

7. Checking Your Delivery

Please inspect the consignment at the time of delivery. If something is wrong:

• Package visibly damaged or wet — do not accept it. Have the transporter record the damage on the delivery challan and inform us the same day.
• Short quantity or missing bale — report it to us within 24 hours of delivery, with the transporter's delivery receipt.
• Wrong fabric supplied — inform us within 48 hours with photographs of the goods and the packing label.
• Delivery running late — contact us if the consignment is more than 5 days past the estimated date and we will chase the transporter.

Claims raised after these windows are difficult to pursue with the transporter, so please do check promptly.

8. Bulk and Wholesale Consignments

For large orders we arrange full-load or part-load transport by road, rail or air cargo depending on quantity and urgency. Rates are negotiated per consignment. If you are consolidating material from several Surat suppliers, we can deliver to your consolidator's godown in the city instead of booking separately.

9. Self-Pickup from Surat

You are welcome to collect your order yourself or send your agent or transporter to pick it up from our premises at Pasodara, Surat. Please call ahead so the consignment is packed and ready, and carry a copy of the invoice or a written authorisation.
